Here's everything you need to know about how we get your Shinzie order to your door.

Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, to all serviceable areas.

Delivery time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days of dispatch. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. During sale periods or peak seasons, delivery may take a little longer — we'll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.

Shipping charges

  • Flat Rs 300 per order.
  • Free shipping on orders over Rs 3,000.

Your shipping charge (if any) is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. (These figures are current and may be refined over time.)

Order processing

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it for dispatch. For Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa orders, we begin processing once payment is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery, we process your order right away and you pay the courier on delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you can track its status from My Orders in your account. If you have any questions about where your order is, just reach out and we'll check for you.

Delivery attempts & delays

Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery and may contact you by phone to coordinate. Please make sure your phone number and address are accurate and complete so delivery goes smoothly. If a delivery can't be completed, the courier may re-attempt or hold the parcel — we'll help sort it out if needed. Shinzie isn't responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, courier disruptions, weather, or other events outside our control, but we'll always help you follow up.

Received a damaged parcel?

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right. See our Return & Replacement Policy for how defective and wrong items are handled.
