At Shinzie, we respect your privacy and want you to feel confident when you shop with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Shinzie website at shinzie.com and to orders you place with us. Shinzie is operated by Shinzie Pvt. Ltd..

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information we need to fulfil your orders:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Delivery details — your shipping address (and billing address, if different).
  • Order information — the items you buy, order history, and your chosen payment method.
  • Payment information — for Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa, we may see confirmation that a payment was made. Full card and mobile-wallet credentials are handled by our payment providers — Shinzie does not collect or store your card number or wallet PIN/credentials.
  • Account information — if you create an account, your login details and saved preferences (such as saved addresses and wishlist).
  • Technical & usage information — basic information collected automatically when you browse, such as your device type, browser, and pages viewed, via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use your information to: process, fulfil, and deliver your orders; take payment and confirm it; send you order updates and respond to your questions; manage your account and saved preferences; handle returns, replacements, and refunds; improve our products, website, and customer service; send you marketing (such as newsletters) only where you have chosen to receive it — you can opt out at any time; and prevent fraud, keep the Site secure, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business:

  • Courier / delivery partners — your name, address, and phone number, so your order can be delivered.
  • Payment providers — to process Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa payments securely.
  • Service providers — trusted partners who help us operate the Site and communicate with you (for example, hosting or, once launched, our email/newsletter provider), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities — where we are required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfil your orders, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements under Pakistani law. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working (for example, to remember what's in your cart and to keep you signed in), to remember your preferences, and to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly without them.

Your choices & rights

You can access or update your account information by signing in to your account; opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us; and ask us about the personal information we hold about you, or request that we correct or delete it, subject to any legal record-keeping we must observe. Please note that formal data-protection legislation in Pakistan is still evolving; we aim to handle your information responsibly and in line with applicable law, and we will update this policy as the legal framework develops.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Sensitive payment details are handled by our payment providers over secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to keep our practices up to date.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
